Brendan McGuire '94 honored with 21st Century Leader Award

On Thursday, March 8th the National Committee on American Foreign Policy (NCAFP) presented Brendan McGuire '94 with the 21st Century Leader Award. The award was created to recognize the achievements of individuals under the age of 40 who display a serious commitment to furthering the United States’ strategic policy interests in accord with the principles of political realism. Through professional or personal pursuits, recipients have made important contributions to the international dialogue and demonstrate a promising future in the realm of American foreign policy. Brendan, Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, has been the lead prosecutor for some of the most significant terrorism prosecutions within the Department of Justice.
